Officer Barnum has lived in the area his entire life. He attended UNH and Plymouth University. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
Officer Barnum started as a part-time officer in 2014 and shortly after became full time.
He enjoys the outdoors, video games and reading.
