The Detective primarily deals with in-depth investigations for the following criminal offenses:

Some of the other duties the detective is responsible for include, but are not limited to:

Assisting Littleton Police Officers with individual investigations
- Interviews, Research, Observation, Case strategy, Technical equipment -
Assisting outside law enforcement agencies with inquiries
- Share intelligence, conduct interviews within Littleton -
Overseeing the Cooperating Individual Program
- Meet and evaluate with Cooperating Individual’s, Control a Cooperating Individual’s involvement in criminal investigations -
Crime scene processing
-Photographing, Finger printing, Superglue fuming, DNA collection, blood detection, GPS Documentation, -
Conducting investigatory interviews
-Within the town of Littleton, Outside the
Town of Littleton, “On Scene” interviews,
-Observing body language indicators, Coordinating polygraphs (lie detector tests)
